The Clarion Development Alliance along with the Iowa Specialty Hospital Foundation - Clarion are partnering to create a beautiful, safe place for pets and their owners to socialize! Projected opening date is Spring 2025
Housing Project
The housing committee is working hard to provide more housing in Clarion. This will provide aid to community employers that are trying to hire quality employees. We believe this project will also help boost local economy with the onset of new residents!
Main Street Electrical Options
The Clarion Development Alliance in partnership with the City Of Clarion and Wright County are working on improving the electrical options on the courthouse lawn. This project will assist us when planning Main Street events such as Festival, Business Trick or Treating, etc. It will open up the opportunity to host more events on Main Street. Main Exchange
The Clarion Development Alliance is excited to announce Main Exchange project. Main Exchange is a high-quality consignment store that will provide funding for future community improvement projects. Main Exchange will be located on South Main, Clarion and will focus on high quality clothing for children, women and men.
